Is there a free plan or a free trial?
No. CiteMagnet is a paid service, starting at $29 a month with Pro. You can check your website for free first: the check shows your score and how many problems we found, with no account needed. To see the details and have them fixed, pick a plan. You can cancel any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans whenever you need more, and cancel any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your dashboard closes, but your sites and history are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.
What happens when I reach a monthly limit?
CiteMagnet tells you before you run out, and nothing on your site breaks. AI posts reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), or you can move to Agency to raise your limits straight away.
How does AI answer tracking work?
Once a month we ask AI assistants the questions your customers ask, and show whether they recommend you, who they recommend instead, and anything they get wrong about you. We ask Claude today; ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini switch on as we add them.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Unlimited scans and one-click fixes are subject to fair use, which keeps CiteMagnet fast for everyone. They're designed so normal day-to-day use by businesses and agencies never runs into a cap.
Some fixes are written by AI, like a page's description. Past your plan's monthly AI allowance we write them from your page's own words instead, and they wait for you to check them.
